Questions and answers
Do I need Pro to have several accounts?
The free version has one account. Plusso Pro unlocks as many as you need (card, cash, savings, other currencies) and transfers between them. You can try them first: Settings → Guide & help → Try the demo.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. If you turn on iCloud backup, a copy goes to your own iCloud Drive. We never see your data.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud backup in Settings → Data & backup and restore it on the new iPhone, or save a backup file and open it there.
I reinstalled the app. How do I get Pro back?
Pro comes back by itself with the same Apple account. If it doesn’t, open Plusso Pro in Settings and tap Restore.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plusso. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
